I'm Dreaming of a White Pantry

I LOVE organizing pantries. (if you haven't noticed)

I'm slightly obsessed, but I love the beautiful order you can achieve in pantries, regardless of the size.

This pantry had a unique design and was placed in the corner of the kitchen of my client's house.

There was a lot of food in this pantry and my goal was to give off the illusion and feel that there wasn't.

I loved the white shelves, so I decided to stick with a clean, white look to open up the space and let it breathe. Every container I purchased was either clear or white to display the food while keeping it orderly.

Eliminating product bags/boxes and replacing with clear or decorative containers always lets the space breathe. You will also be able to locate supplies fast and make the trip to the pantry an easy one.

Now, do you really have to label a container when you know what's inside?

YES

Why?

1. It gives the containers order and structure.

2. It gives you specific guidelines to follow for the next time you bring home groceries. (You have an exact place for everything.)

Yet another thing I obsess over: LABELING.

I believe labeling is one of the most important steps in organization.

Decorative bins also work wonders for storing food out of sight. Find some that match your style and pantry; they bring a little piece of you into the space. They are great for hiding messy food products that are not visually appealing.

A crisp, white, visually appealing pantry is such a dream to walk into. You're in the pantry about 3-8 times during the day, so it's important that it's organized so you can enjoy your time in the kitchen.
